Morning Stretch for Energy: Your Daily Wake-Up Call

Feeling sluggish when the alarm goes off? A few minutes of gentle movement can make a world of difference. Kickstart your day with a simple morning stretching routine designed to awaken your body and boost your energy levels.

  • Cat-Cow Stretch

    Get on all fours, hands directly under shoulders, knees under hips. Inhale, drop your belly towards the floor, and look up, gently arching your back (Cow pose). Exhale, round your spine towards the ceiling, tucking your chin to your chest (Cat pose). Repeat this fluid movement 5-10 times to gently warm up and mobilize your spine.

  • Overhead Arm Stretch
